These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TK1 Digital Marketing Institute (TK1 DMI) platform, resources, and services. By enrolling, you agree to abide by the following:

  • Eligibility & Account Responsibility
You must be at least 10 years old to create an account. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login details and all activities that occur under your account. TK1 DMI will not be liable for losses due to unauthorized access caused by negligence.
 
  • Use of Platform & Resources
All course materials, hosting services, and tools provided are for personal, non-commercial use unless stated otherwise. Reselling, sharing, or duplicating content without permission is strictly prohibited.
 
  • Payment & Fees
All enrollment fees, monthly maintenance fees, and any other applicable charges must be paid in full and on time to retain active status and access to TK1 DMI benefits.
 
  • Compliance & Conduct
You agree to use TK1 DMI platforms — including the learning portal, free hosting, and freelance marketplace — respectfully and lawfully. Abuse, harassment, or fraudulent activities will result in account suspension or permanent ban.
 
  • Changes to Terms
TK1 DMI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
 
  • Data Collection
We collect basic account details such as your name, email, phone number, and payment information solely for account creation, learning access, and verification across TK1 DMI services.
 
  • Use of Information
Your information is used to provide learning access, verify eligibility for free hosting and the freelance marketplace, process payments, and communicate important updates.
 
  • Data Security
We implement secure technology to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
 
  • Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Information is shared only with trusted service partners necessary to deliver TK1 DMI benefits (e.g., hosting provider, payment processor).
 
  • Your Rights
You may request to update or delete your data at any time. However, deleting your data may limit your ability to continue using TK1 DMI services.
 

Maintenance Policy

Our maintenance policy ensures you continue to enjoy TK1 DMI benefits without interruption.
 
  • Monthly Maintenance Fee
All active members must pay a $5 (3,000 XAF) monthly maintenance fee starting from the second month after enrollment to keep their accounts active.
 
  • Purpose of Maintenance Fee
The fee covers platform improvements, server upkeep for free hosting, customer support, and continuous learning updates.
 
  • Non-Payment Consequences
Failure to pay the maintenance fee by the due date may result in suspension of your account and all associated benefits until payment is made.
 
  • Automatic Billing Option
Members may opt for automatic payment to avoid disruptions.
 
  • Fee Adjustments
TK1 DMI reserves the right to adjust maintenance fees with prior notice based on operational needs and service enhancements.

Enrollment Policy

To ensure smooth account verification and access to all benefits, you must comply with our enrollment guidelines.
 
  • Accurate Information Requirement
The personal details (name, email, phone number, etc.) you use to register on TK1 DMI must be the same on your Free Hosting account and Freelance Marketplace account.
 
  • Verification Across Platforms
TK1 DMI uses your registration details to verify your eligibility for benefits. Mismatched information will cause delays or denial of access.
 
  • One Account Per Person
You may only create one TK1 DMI account. Duplicate accounts will be flagged and may be removed.
 
  • Enrollment Fee
A one-time enrollment fee of $150 (90,000 XAF) must be paid before gaining full access to courses, hosting, and marketplace benefits.
 
  • Account Activation Timeline
Your account will be activated immediately upon payment confirmation and completion of the enrollment process.

Awards Night Policy

  • Eligibility Criteria
Only active Royal Members with qualifying direct referrals are eligible for awards.
 
  • Direct and Indirect Referral Rule
Only referrals you personally register under your account and that of your direct referral count toward award levels.
 
  • Postponement of Awards
You may request to postpone your award until you qualify for a higher tier by paying a postponement fee.
 
  • Prize Substitution
TK1 DMI reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value if required.
 
  • Event Attendance
Winners must attend either physically or virtually to receive their awards, unless otherwise approved.

Revenue Sharing / Affiliate Program Policy

  • Membership Requirement
Only active Royal Members can participate in the Affiliate Program and earn commissions.
 
  • Commission Structure
You earn commissions based only on valid sales made through your official affiliate link.
 
  • Payment Schedule
Commissions are paid monthly, subject to meeting the minimum payout threshold.
 
  • Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates must promote TK1 DMI truthfully, without false claims or spam tactics.
 
  • Account Termination
Accounts found violating these rules will be removed from the affiliate program without commission payout.
